So, who do we now have for Le Swift Tour - MKII - assuming France stays on the 'lock-down' list?

Eugene
TeaBag
Zippy
Biscuit

And with Alf & Peter possibly joining part way

Uncle Albert may/may not be able to make it, as Jax is rather poorly at the moment...

I'll need to update the hotels/B&Bs on the numbers soon...

As much as I would love to join, my reasons are we still dont have the new 7 yet, (plus cant let Doc letting me use it so early in its life if and when we get it) but mainly because I cant afford to be out of work for 3 weeks, 1 week of the trip then the 2 weeks of self isolating, I just cant afford to loose out on so much work.

Weirdly, more chance of getting Covid over a lunch in London than running around the French countryside...

I'm still hoping to be able to join for at least part of the trip. I've just finished one two week quarantine stint and I'm personally not too fussed about doing another. But the reality is that there are some other considerations and it is a conversation I'll have to have with the wife with as much information as possible closer to the time. So if you need numbers now then you had better count me out
If I find out later that I can make it then I'll be hoping that I can add to the booking myself but appreciate I may have missed the boat.

I should be in Wales then so please count me out. Just to clarify my thoughts, isn't France imposing quarantine on UK visitors at the moment in a tit for tat response?

Now clarified and it would seem not. All systems go, sadly not for me.

Yeah - France is not stopping UK visitors, or forcing any quarantine lockdown... as yet.
That would be a show-stopper...

At this rate it will be me and TeaBag, with possibly Zippy...

Oh well - as Zippy says, if it is just the three of us, we will be:
A. Very fast
B. Very drunk

Have spoken to the hotels/B&Bs on the trip, as well as Fai...
The hotels/B&Bs are still happy to be open for us, including the one near the Swift's that is staying open especially for us...

Fai is not sure what his situation will be, but is staying in touch.
(If only a few of us are there it doesn't make a lot of sense for him, as he would opening the whole place just for us...)

Not heard back from Herve at the Chateau yet - but that's normal...

I let them all know the trip could be from just 2 to 5 people... and all were happy with that.
