Schools are back first week of September

September clashes with Scotland trip, so it's October for me.

Either would do would prefer September maybe better weather but as Mr T has said Sept planned for Scotland.

Im still not convinced there won't be a 2nd spike now countries are easing up on lock down but hope it works out for you all. Work for me now is catch up so i can't commit so pointless adding to the vote.

For the Magnificent 6, I've contacted the Hotels/B&Bs, and will report on their responses...
Have contacted Fai too at Le Manoir de Saint Quentin , so hope we can still do a long lazy lunch for us.

The new itinerary is:

• Overnight ferry, depart Portsmouth 23:00 on Thursday 1st Oct.
• Stop 1: 2 nights near the seaside at Hotel Cote Lac for Fri/Sat the 2nd/3rd Oct.
• Stop 2: 2 nights at L'Escala Dau Lemosi for Sun/Mon 4th/5th Oct.
• Stop 3: 2 nights at L'île Ô Reflets for Tues/Weds 6th/7th Oct.
• (near Fai's restaurant Le Manoir de Saint Quentin, where we'll have lunch on the 7th)
• Stop 4: 1 night stop at Le Chateau on Thurs the 8th Oct.
• Usual evening return ferry from Cherboug to Portsmouth on Fri the 9th Oct.
• Total 7 days away, same as previously planned.
• (Plus the first day in the UK travelling down to the Ferry)

All hotels/B&Bs, other than L'île Ô Reflets have responded, and have booked us in.
L'Escala Dau Lemosi are actually closed Sunday/Monday, but are opening especially for us!!!
And Fai is looking forward to seeing us all

Cheers Steve will get the dates booked tomorrow with work.

Fai (Le Manoir de Saint Quentin) has spoken to Martial, owner at L'île Ô Reflets, and all looks fine.
Says martial will respond to me directly soon...

So other than the Ferries, we are all booked!!!
