Ok chaps - for those on the Bilbao ferry, here is the initial part of the suggested route, with a large car-park to meet up in after getting off the ferry...



From there, there is a potential coffee stop about an hour down the road...



It's not far after that the three groups will probably separate...

I've managed to get the around the whole Sygic not supporting iPhone problem by manually typing in all the lat and long waypoints into CoPilot - is that dedication?!

But Sygic does have an iPhone version...
Did you not try that?
