Hi Guys, I'm going to have to bail out at this late stage as I've just had a phone call, my 95 year old mum has fallen down the escalator in M&S Bromley, Kent.

I'm leaving now to help over the weekend as luckily nothing is broken but she is having trouble moving as battered and bruised.

Please let me know if I owe anything.

I have also a double room booked and paid for and have offered it to Le Prez in the first instance, so it may be up for grabs if he passes it over.

Gutted but also relieved (nothing broken)

Just heard from Paul. I'm afraid he's caught up at work and won't be able to make it. He is so disappointed. Have a great day all of you. Sandra

Pity... but not altogether unexpected and without his "one for the road" influence possibly beneficial for our livers!

Why thank you... but of the nine different places where we partook of alcohol, just the three were associated with the brewery...!

Even with partial memory recall it was Epic BC so many thanks to both you and Lyn for your excellent hospitality. And when did I last need the full width of the pavement to stay upright? I must have been a bit tired.

At some point we were told about what goes into making beer. Water, yes. But what else? Oh, and you said you're retiring soon so don't forget to do that.

Well I wasn't even there and it would seem I remember as much about the whole event as everyone else!

Sounds SUPERB!

I said... even if you didn't remember everything I told you, you were to remember one thing...

So, what was that?
