		I've been chatting more with Fai, the Chef at Le Manoir de Saint Quentin... and he's happy to manage all dietary requirements. Even TeaBag... Hello Steve, Thank you for your email. Anything and everything is possible with me because it is important that you are happy, it is your holiday.
