So can someone enlighten me....

This event is a time for Joe Public to feel connected to some nice cars. There's absolutely no point taking your own 'nice' car as it'll be stuck in a carpark a squillion miles from ones tent or people who might want to look at it?

Or am I missing something?

I was thinking of going for the weekend but reading up about it... I think my time will be better spent elsewhere. I think you'll get to wander around more cars at a regular Oulton Park race meeting.

I have to say, I don't get it either...
Is it a case of who's involved, and all the associated 'action' rather than the actual 'car' component?

It's not something that has ever interested me to be honest!

It's a shame really. I think there is potential there but at the moment it misses the point.

There's a proper car show on at Arley Hall between (Northwich and Warrington) on the Sunday. I might do that instead.

It's not really a car event, it's a strange mixture of food, cars and music - but the Missus likes it so we are going again this year.
