I'm staying on the dark side. I've been traveling this week (again), a time when usually Blatchat was my friend and a surrogate for a bit of homely chat. But sadly more. I cannot see it ever getting back to its former glory.
Interestingly in the final few days of the old BC site I looked back at some of the old threads and contributions I made to Shining Wit, great banter and atmosphere bought together by a passion for a weird piece of metal with four wheels.
For me the issue of the new site has nothing to do with the layout, lack of Emoticons, colour, or lack of it so to speak. No, I think it's lost its heart and soul, it's "fun" factor. It's over moderated and far less free to have good " Pub" type chat and share a good dirty joke some may not share my sense of humour but then I say, don't read my post's, it's the ultimate censorship. But please don't say I'm being offensive.
Anyway hope to have some more fun here, tell you of my boring business travel exploits, share a dirty joke and, well...... be my normal non PC self
