Hey chaps, for the Friday team, how about meeting at the Hitchin Waitrose, about 9:00am?

http://www.waitrose.com/bf_home/bf/685.html

It has a Cafe, according to the website, so we can have a coffee and a **** before we head off.

Waitrose

Then I'm thinking a lunch stop in The Forest of Dean area???

Traffic Update
There will be traffic disruption, focused around the Celtic Manor Resort, Cardiff's City Centre and the roads in between, but there is no intention to close the M4 at any point. Significant disruption should be limited to particular pinch-points during the two days as delegations arrive and depart the Celtic Manor Resort. Rush-hour on Thursday evening and Friday morning are likely to be the most affected and people are advised to consider what time they start and finish work; where possible to use public transport or share journeys; and to allow extra time for journeys.

Hi Chaps, sorry I've been a bit quiet of late but I have had my hands full - literally!

Uncle Albert is right, I won't be able to make it... but ironically for work reasons and not baby ones which is really gutting as I think I could have swung a weekend pass!

Anyway, I wish you all a fun, dry weekend and I'll be thinking of you
