We've added some 'Forum Posting Instructions', which hopefully will help with the various options this forum has.
It's not yet complete, but still worth a look.

There is a direct link at the top of the forums, directly below the large 7-DNA Forums blue bar, just after the link to 7-DNA Clothing.

Yet to come is a consolidated set of instructions for posting a picture!
