Hi! SWMBO, has this idea of getting the Seven to the Alps in mid-April. Is this a good idea? How much snow will there be? I hear the snow isn't as high as previous years but to what point? Appreciate all the help. Cheers.

		You might want to check the web cams on the Stelvio etc and pack a shovel

		I went to the Alps last year in June and some of the passes where open. Some they had not cleared the snow and where 10 feet deep! Others they had cleared the snow and the road was between ice walls. This year we are going in July so that the passes are all open. It is all about what it's not!

		There are 8 sevens going from the 12 -20 July. It would be great to meet up. It is all about what it's not!
