A friend of mine wants to buy a Seven. He his a biker and also has experience on track days.

Personally, I'd go for the cheaper model - it's got Aero's!!!

Not known by me - anyone else know them?

Personally I would buy neither. They both have very highly tuned K series engines that could go pop at any moment and cost a packet to fix.

Look for something with either a 2 litre Zetec or Duratec in it, preferably under 200 bhp, those engines are bullet proof and the cars are still very quick. Sevens with lots of power are not necessarily better, sometimes there is too much power.

There is one on pistonheads for £12k , loads of car ( in red) leaving lots to spend IF you need to.
