Hmmmm interesting. I like the idea of the grunt of a V8 converted to LPG and their cheap to buy and convert. Also I reckon the Old Bill might not bother a V8 towing a car whereas they might hassle a 2.7 oil burner as not being powerful enough for dragging a bigger car......?

LPG is getting more popular and there are a number of stations selling it. If all else fails and you run out - just flip a switch and run on petrol as they usually don't take the tank out.

Good point, why not go for the Range Rover V8 with all the toys ?
