Done for this year. Off to Cranleigh Classic car show tomorrow. Going with a Pantera GTS, AC Cobra Mk IV, Ken Costello's original MGB V8(now with a 4.6l 330 bhp Rover engine) and some other stuff. Next wash will be in April 2014.

Its been known for some of the le bog club boys to wash there 7s en route, while others wear there rd grime with pride, it did look well used on the back of the recovery truck.

Have a great day tomorrow Toby

Good job! I did wash my 7 yesterday. Clayed it, followed by a lovely Autoglymm wax treatment.
Mind you, I only did the bonnet. The rest will follow in parts whenever I can motivate myself to it...

I have to admit after a rather liquid lunch I watched a show on detailing and promptly bought clay bars, micro fibre pads and an electric polisher with the intent of buffing up the 7 and making it look the bees knees etc. All items are still in the box they were delivered in.

Toby, it took me 3 years to seriously use the products. I have the hard definition wax of Autoglymm, which had even shrunk in it's box. Tried to take some off with a pad and it cracked into pieces.
Anyways, after the whole treatment, I must atmit, the bonnet feels so smooth and looks so shiny, that I most probably try to find some motivation to treat all my cars like this in future. So apart from being a driver I will now also become a boulevard poser...
