What to do With Tillet Fixed Runners?

Still setting my new (used) 7 up so it suits me....

Still not happy with the seat position (tillers on fixed runners on carbon fibre floor pan).

Can't decide whether to go for a lowered floor and lose the nice light CF floor, or play around with the fixed runners and seat angle. It looks like the seat can go back further but I assume it's a seat out and re-drill the runners job?

Any suggestions?

What sort of Tillets are you fitting Chris?

Existing Tillets Carl, the nicer ones with the brownish carbon weave (does that makes sense?)

I just need more headroom...

Was that the original colour or owner added?

Chris, I have the same Tilletts as you but with 30mm spacers between the seat base and the runners, my drivers side is adjustable but it matters not. The reclined position will have a similar effect to having a lowered floor.

Chris, just to clarify my post ... I have 30mm extra added at the front of the seats, just a single Tillett plastic washer at the rear. The reclined position is perfect.
