Just dropped the sump on the PTP Evo 220LC K 1800 engine and discovered a worrying lack of any sort of oil strainer on either scavenge outlet.

What sort of strainers should they have?

I've rung Pace but the tech guy isn't picking up his phone and hasn't rung back.

Witches hat strainers, 26mm OD 2.9mm deep rim.

This means machining a recess for the rim as there's zero provision for a strainer on the sump!!!µ*%ù???
