The bolt that holds the top nylon mounting bar to the block fell out!!!
Replaced in the piccy, but you can see where the nylon bar has rubbed on the cam belt tensioner wheel!
How the bolt, nut and washers didn't end up in the cam belt is beyond me...
I have no idea when this happened - but some time after Llandow I guess.
