After struggling to control my badly set up 7 for a while, some of you will know all about this.
I decided i needed to get it checked and sorted before our coming trip to Le Mans.

So after hearing some good things about Rob at Ratrace off we go with the YOB for a check up.
Ratrace Motorsport

What can i say, Rob is a top bloke and has a great knowledge of 7's, motorsport, setup, engine building etc
In the next 5 hours he explained how the usual 7 geometry setups were incorrect and offered his secret formula setup for track and fast road (no he won't tell)

But all i can tell you is he has transformed the car from quick but unstable to VERY quick and stable with one 100% confidence on turn in, it is almost like being plugged into the vehicle.
The transformation has made the car everything it should be, but we are not finished yet as next is a change of spring rates as the current popular spring rates are very wrong, the car is basically just running on the dampers.

Watch this space for the next update and i am sure Rob will be along soon to add a little detail and his thoughts on the Black Art of geometry set up.

Many thanks Rob

Carl, can you give me a guide to the costs for this, I have a massive under steer problem since I fitted the new front end that needs sorting and RJV & Co keep telling me I need to go to PGM but their prices are out of my league.
Cheers Guy
