So, running in TeaBag's new engine the week before, and it was decided he should have Aero's...

Shame he made us take them off, and put the ********** back on!

And then its time to go... Day-1


With a first Coffee stop


And then Lunch


Followed with a run to Plymouth


With a stop for a light dinner


And Frank finds out he's a real dirt magnet (later discovering a breather pipe is disconnected from his engine...)


It's then Ferry time!

And before you know it, it's Day-2!

And time for breakfast!


Followed some time later with the first ******** stop of the week!


And a great Lunch, where the local newspaper reporter was invited over by the bar owner

Following a spirited exit from the lunch stop, and a great afternoon blatt, time for another beer!

Soon followed by a beer and petrol stop!


The a fantastic lunch, with amazing views!!!


And a great photo opportunity!


Followed by one of many petrol stops! (we had a fair few of these!!)


Day-3 ends at Le Bounty!

Day-4, 5 and 6, spent at various locations in and around the Le Mans Circuit

Starting with a Breakfast Orange for some...


With some of us making it to a Classic Meet at a local Chateau (and the drive there was Epic!)


And a run into the Circuit Village...

And this chap is one of the first we bump into - the chap that fixed Uncle Albert's crutch 2 years ago!
(And he remembered us!)



Interspersed with the odd beer...


And La Boule d'Or has piccys on their wall of us from years back!


With the odd 'engine tweak' and bite to eat at Le Bounty

Day-7 - and one of the best lunches I've had, combined with a great run!

And Fai, our host and Chef!


Followed by a spot of wine tasting, and buying...


And for some unknown reason it then got rather messy that evening...

Day-8, and time to say goodbye...

A lunch


And the ferry...


Followed by a rather wet run home!

Great memories le presidente and not one breakdown in sight.

We did a bit of drinking as well as eating . The week flashed by, thanks steve for taking the photos they fill in some of the blanks in my memory? .

Great set of photos... had a brilliant time with some very happy memories... but as Uncle said we did partake of a decent quantity of Forgetful Juice so great to see the photos to fill in some gaps!

Looking forward to seeing Teabag's videos next...!

Note to self: next time don't miss the final lunch and dinner! The dinner with the ReHaB boys was excellent but that lunch looked stunning!
