You are so going to have to provide more info...

What exactly doesn't work?
Does the pedal go to the floor?
Do they feel 'spongy'?
After heavy braking do the wheel nuts feel hot (don't touch the actual disc!)
What's on the real - discs or drums?

Etc...

Put your right foot on the pedal and push. Works for me a treat

As Eugene says give us some more info.

Starters is that you can push really hard but nothing happens

Or you push really hard and the pedal goes to the floor and then nothing happens?

So the peddle is firm, and doesn't travel too far?
If so, the sounds like the pads.
Did you remove and de-glaze them?
And de-glaze the discs too.

Then look at the pad material.
I've recently changed to Mintex M1144 pads, and they are great.

I changed to Mintex1144 pads within 6 months of getting my 7 and the improvement was very noticeable. Much more feel and progressive when pushed hard.

Can confirm Eugene's advice, I had changed my pads from 144's to pagids and then back again.

Braking was really crap and unpredictable until I deglazed dics and pads, now they are ferocious!

Can be a small amount of air in system - suggest getting a suction bleeder [less than £20 off ebay] this worked for me, Prior to bleeding I tried all types of pads eventually settling on mintex 1144's as already posted, but it was removing that last tiny amount of air that solved my braking problem. Your pedal ought to be solid - no sponginess whatsoever.
hope this helps
