Hi all

I'm new to 7 ownership and am looking for a place to have my new 7 given a once over, service etc etc before I put it into proper use over the next 6 mths.
tried to contact the 7 workshop but to no avail (email and phone), I'm in Cambridge so can anyone recommend another IF the 7 workshop is stacked out?

Basically the 7 has been parked up for far too long and needs some mechanical sympathy and an mot, nothing too onerous, but as its got a dry sump (and its the first time I've ever come across this system for my own car) I have no idea how to go about a simple thing like an oil service?? Embarrassing I know but there you go.

I would quite like the workshop to help me out as the car has seen their workshops before with the previous owner, plus reading stuff here, it seems to get some excellent feedback.

Also, I know they have been having internet connection issues, and so no e-mails.
I'd give them another call early next week!

Many thanks for Chris for collecting my new acquisition, hopefully its not too bad and it'll be ready for the next Herts meet.

and its ready.....collection sometime the weekend, very much looking forward to finally using MY 7!!

car collected, mad drive back, fabulous but I didn't realise how low I was until I got to the M11/A505 roundabout at Duxford and couldn't see past the barrier!!

Something to get used to. as mad as a box of frogs this thing.

I have to extend my thanks to Chris though, splendid chap, great place, nice cars...........
