Caterham 7 Duratec R

| 5 Sep 2013 19:31 | Edited by: Simonbell | #1
Planning a blat

This is my second 7, its a 2005 Caterham 7 built from a starter kit and was one of the early duratec engined cars. It started out with a fairly standard 2.0 duratec install and then the engine got breathed on slightly and now sits at 245bhp, there's probably another 10-15bhp in there somewhere if I changed the exhaust but I haven't found anything I haven't been able to keep up with recently

Add a C400 air box and get 3-4 bhp . Not sure what I am going to do with the 278 that mine produced at Northampton MSport .
Granted the rollers have not been approved by EFA so all my readings are probably false
