Okay the coach will arriving at 1900hrs prompt at the Llandow campsite office to take us to the Shampan Restaurant in Cowbridge on saturday the 6th.
It will be collecting us for the return trip at 2300hrs, that should give enough time for

Hello everyone. I'm really looking forward to meeting you all and taking some nice photos of you on the circuit.
If there is anything in particular you'd like me to shoot (ie: posed next to your cars or groups of people) then just give me a shout.
I will be shooting for most of the day then showing the photos on a big screen in the briefing room for the last 2 hours or so.
I normally capture around 50-60 photos of each vehicle, all sorts of angles, shutter speeds to give motion blur etc.

Traffic Update
There will be traffic disruption, focused around the Celtic Manor Resort, Cardiff's City Centre and the roads in between, but there is no intention to close the M4 at any point. Significant disruption should be limited to particular pinch-points during the two days as delegations arrive and depart the Celtic Manor Resort. Rush-hour on Thursday evening and Friday morning are likely to be the most affected and people are advised to consider what time they start and finish work; where possible to use public transport or share journeys; and to allow extra time for journeys.
