Took a short first proper 2015 trip out to Burnham on sea and learned a few things in the process.
1. 17psi in the tyres instead of 20 transforms the 7. Once I got used to the extra movement the grip level is vastly improved.

2. Inadvertently lifted the clutch pedal on entry, not that I knew. Had my knee jammed under the steering wheel for the return trip. Stupid design. Got home rather than risk roadside tinkering to find a 2 second repair. Cable outer jumps out of the pedal box and simply needs relocating. Should have lifted the bonnet earlier

3. Forgot how quick even the 120hp 7s are over the winter. Must get out more

4. Lewis Hamilton on today's quick lap fiddling about with alsorts of tweaks on the steerring whilst going around the bends at mach 2. How I have enough trouble with an indicator switch! Impressive stuff to watch.

'Always an adventure, never a disappointment.'
