		Birkin UK Hello, I have a 1998 2Ltr Zetec live axle which I have enjoyed from new (including two trips to LeMan 24hr) but don't use it much these days so considering selling it.

		So what has happened to Birkin? The factory closed up here in Durban South Africa about June last year. Not too much was said about it, they kept denying it was closing when the rumors started about a year ago. Then closed and gone? The original owner bought back all the jigs and may have sent them over seas. We still have some backup from some of the old staff selling parts and doing some cladding for owners. Do you have any information about it Terry?
